Located in Kent in a plaza with plenty of parking. Upon entering, they have a device you can use to check in the event there is no one at the front desk. There's plenty of seating and the music is very up beat along with TVs literally everywhere. The service itself was really great. I would argue to say that it's the best service I've ever received from a KBBQ spot all around. We were always checked in on and not once did we ever have to wave anyone down to ask for something. Whenever they'd see we were low on anything, they'd come over and ask if we needed more water, wanted more meat, or just wanted to order anything else like our grill changed. 5/5 to their staff for sure! The food itself was good, we definitely had the meats we liked more. I would personally say to stick with the beef items if you're not a fan of that gamey pork taste as it was strong, even when you dip it into the sauces they give. We enjoyed that they had beef tongue and that's what we ordered most of the time alongside the other beef items. The Banchan was what you'd normally expect, no complaints there. As far as the side appetizers we ordered, we really liked the crispiness of the fries and the corn cheese was good too. Personally, I'd say not to order the chicken wings. The bones were broken on almost all the flats I ate and the flavors were nothing special.

As a long-time fan of KBBQ, I've probably been to most of the noteworthy spots in the surrounding Seattle area. I've been to Do Si a couple times so far and I think it holds up well on my list. I did the All You Can Eat premium dinner option for $38.95. It's technically not the largest selection of meats I've seen, as it consists of a lot of variations of beef belly and pork belly, but I personally was happy with the variety. While I'm usually unimpressed with experimental marinades and sauces thrown on KBBQ, I'm glad I gave the buldak sliced beef belly a shot because it was actually delicious. The meat itself was all pretty good in terms of quality and freshness. However, one thing to note is that I found the LA galbi to be a bit inconsistent. The kalbi marinade sometimes tasted too strongly of garlic or was over-marinated, resulting in a soft and gummy texture after cooking. In the same sitting, the next order of kalbi was fine with just the right amount of tenderness. Also, their pork belly is served with the skin on, which makes it tough to eat if you don't cut it off. The banchan is great, I'm glad they care to make every side taste good on their own. That part definitely elevates them above a lot of other KBBQ places. FYI: they don't seem to offer the potato salad anymore, hope they bring that back. There are also appetizers to choose from on the AYCE menu. We went with the soybean stew and corn cheese. The soup was delicious and I would definitely get it next time with my meal. A general gripe people have about KBBQ places is usually about spotty service, but Do Si has that area covered. Being a more modern and accessible KBBQ spot, the servers are quick to bring you whatever you need. Every crew member who came by my table seemed friendly and helpful, I've yet to have a bad experience on that end. If you do the AYCE option, they do stick to their 90 minute limit and will let you know when your time is almost up. Good thing to keep in mind if you're with a slow group. The wait to sit down can be long if you're going during peak times. Try to make a reservation ahead of time. This place would be an awesome introductory KBBQ spot or for when you just want a KBBQ dinner with good options and a fun, updated atmosphere. The complimentary ice cream at the end is a nice bonus!

Definitely a go to spot with great customer service even on a busy night! We've been here a few times now and they've been consistent with quality and customer satisfaction We do the AYCE option which has a large selection of meat to pick from and appetizers as well. You get to pick up to 4 types of meat and 2 appetizers each round and with the service they provided they made sure we were ready for our next round every time. The quality of meat is good and the sides are great! At the end of your meal they also provide complimentary ice cream too! Excellent place for KBBQ

TLDR: everything is good. Complimentary ice cream to eat after you stuff your face with all the noms My husband and I have gone here a couple of times for an early dinner. It's usually busy which I don't mind at all (that just means the place is good, yeah?!) they have a wait list you can put your name and number and then you can wonder off around the stores, they'll text you an ETA and will update what number you are on their waitlist, I found this to be super convenient. Ordered the AYCE mixed meats. Priced at 38$ I think? Meats were pretty good. I like how you can order sides as well. The drinks here are also pretty good. Atmosphere is chill, and the servers were attentive and friendly as well -- which I appreciated, especially when you see how busy it gets. It peaked my curiosity to see how many steps they get in during a work shift Banchan is are my jam and all the ones they served were all delicious. It's way better than the banchans from other restaurants. I mean, I know we all go to kBBQ for the meats butttttt I mean, I would have been just as happy for AYCE banchn. lol. Anyways, it's great. I give them a solid 4.5

If you want to get your kbbq fix this place will deliver. One the things i appreciate is how attentive the staff is to your needs and wants. If you need more meats and seafood to throw on your grill, they appear within minutes. They have good situational awareness; if your grill has heavy char and need changing, they will notice it and have it swapped out with a clean one. They even give the courtesy of including a piece of pork fat for you to to rub on your grill plate. Their short ribs and bulgogi is nicely marinated, and their banchan dishes are fresh. Reasonably priced menu. I will be coming back soon!

We came here during the evening on a Saturday. We were able to walk in and didn't have to wait. We did the all you can eat option and got brisket, pork belly, gochujang brisket, kalbi, etc. as well as the side dishes corn cheese and Tteokbokki. Food: 4/5 very solid, every meat we got was pretty good. My favorite was gochujang brisket which had more of an umami taste paired w the thinly sliced brisket. Service: 5/5 staffwas super attentive and replaced our grill when we needed. They were very friendly and kept taking our orders. Ambiance: 5/5 good music, lots of TV w sports and shows Price: 3.5/5 I thought it was a bit on the pricier side for the quality of meat

So exciting to experience the first kbbq place in Kent! Do Si has two different types of ayce: lunch and dinner. While also have lunch specials through the week and an a la carte menu as well. They have a wide variety/cut of meats, being unseasoned to seasoned and an exceptional amount of appetizers you can choose from too! As a reminder they do limit you to four meats/appetizers and WILL CHARGE you for leftovers. Cute part of the meal is you get ice cream for dessert! Service can vary at times... but overall they are all fairly nice to everyone. Do Si is quite spacious, with a decent amount of seating. And the vibes are great because they have music and videos playing throughout the restaurant. I will say that you won't really smell too much like kbbq on your way out because of how well they ventilate the restaurant haha.
